Ready, Set, Flip!

Hunter got to take gymnastics during the school year and LOVED IT!  See, the kid has absolutely NO coordination or balance.  He can literally be standing still and fall over, hurting himself.  He's a disaster.  So I put him in gymnastics last January.

He loved having an activity just for him.  We would spend every afternoon shuttling Madison around from activity to activity, so I figured it was only fair that he got one for himself.

All week long I would hear, "Mom, is today Monday?"  "No, yesterday was ___, so what does that make today?"  Then he would go through the week and tell me how many days we had left before it was Monday again.  Cute...but a little annoying after a while.

He loved stretching the most.  He had so much fun and can't wait to start up again when school is back in session.

She's finally starting to walk!

So, because of our insane schedule the last 4-5 months Presley got very, very little time to practice walking or heck, even crawl around, so she's a bit slower on the walking front. BUT she's finally starting to master it! We're so happy (and relieved) that she's starting to use her feet. Crawling is so disgusting.

I'm thirsty

Presley may not be able to walk (much), or talk (much), but the girl sure has drinking out of a straw down like a pro.

It makes her so happy, too!

You go girl!

Rockin' out

Madison has decided to teach Presley how to be a rock star. I have to say, she'll be a great teacher. She goes around the house singing, dancing and doing gymnastics 24/7.

Thriller

So....some people want to be Michael Jackson so they wear the one red glove. Hunter likes to be his own person, so he likes to wear one sock instead. It'll be all the rage, um, sometime.......??????
